I paid a visit to the Box Hill stepping stones last Thursday, I just love the lunchtime walk potential of Dorking. I started crossing them but then I realised the river was actually lapping over the stones on the far side and I didn't fancy going back to work with soggy shoes! If we get some snow soon, I might wander down there again, I bet it would look great in the snow!
