Thank goodness for Dremel is all I can say! The good news is, after measuring James' finger 3 sizes too small, they still accepted the ring back in two halves and have ordered in a bigger one free of charge.. phew!
He crammed it on past his knuckle using all of his might, and then his finger rapidly swelled up! There was no way it was coming off again! What they did was size up his finger using the thin ring sizers instead of the wide ones, and there's quite a bit of difference between how easily you can get them on we found out!

Yeh, perhaps skip the H Samuel's of the world, if this is their level of excellence! Last thing James needs is any more needless pain sh1t... ;)
